Employment

Disabled people are statistically less likely to have the same qualifications as non-disabled people and are less likely to be in employment. This is rarely because of a person's impairment, but because disabled people are much more likely to have been excluded from e.g. education, training and support than non-disabled people.

ILS is working closely with an organisation called Deploy to tackle this inequality.
