News and updates for ILS members (and anyone else who may be interested):We regularly receive information from local and national groups, and statutory bodies eg the Disability Rights Commission; Shaping our Lives network; Disabled Workers Cooperative; Sheffield City Council; Sheffield Primary Care Trust etc. Often, organisations are publicising new initiatives or consultations or training, which may be of interest to ILS members, or to non-members. We are going to post news items on the 'Have Your Say' page (see the index of pages, on the left), which we will update regularly. Rather than emailing our members with too many items, which may or may not be of interest, we advise members to look, on a weekly basis, on the 'Have Your Say' page. Wherever it's appropriate, we will provide links to other webpages. For further information on ILS membership, please see below. Organisations of disabled people should have a commitment to at least 2 of the following:
The organisation should have a constitution or governing document stating this and will be asked to provide a copy of this document and a copy of the latest annual accounts.
